我的电脑为什么最近特别卡`?高手来帮忙啊`!!!

我最近玩的个游戏`自由幻想`也就900多MB`窗口模式的`
只要玩的时间超过3小时就电脑卡的厉害`不仅游戏卡`连刷新桌面还得等好久`
刚下载玩这个游戏时候也没这毛病啊` 那时候还是全屏的呢`开两号也不卡`现在是怎么了`?中病毒了`还是内存不够啊` 请教高手` 谢谢啦`

时间长,电脑的垃圾文件多了,自然就会卡了
建议你从装下系统.如果不方便做的话,那教你做一个简单的清除垃圾系统的文件

这个程序是自动清理电脑里的垃圾而不会破坏系统 比很多软件都好哦

打开[开始]-[所有程序]-[附件]-[记事本]
然后复制以下内容
